Mexican meatballs in our salsa rojo, topped with pico de gallo, candied jalapenos, cheese, Mexican rice, warm flour tortillas and chilli crema.

Manitas de Cordero
Cumin and coffee lamb shank braised in a poblano, guajillo and pasilla chilli sauce. Served with Mexican rice, avocado salsa, queso fresco and warm flour tortillas.

Carne Cosida
Tender beef cheek braised in a mole negra sauce, topped with pico de gallo and house pickled carrot and onion. Served with Mexican rice, pickled jalapenos, chilli crema and flour tortillas.

Brandy, rum, vino tino, orange juice and freshly cut fruit, served in a glass mason jar.
